we reduce our seller’s agent commission by 50%, so this reduces the total cost of the sale of your home.
For Buyers
we give you up to 50% of our commission earned, so you can apply this savings towards your closing costs, first few mortgage payments, home improvements, new furniture, or put it towards anything else you choose.
