Whether you are buying a home or selling your existing home, you’ll most likely work with a real estate agent. As with most home transactions, the seller usually pays a commission equivalent to about 6% of the sale price, it usually splits evenly with 3% going to the seller’s agent company and 3% going to the buyer’s agent company.

HOW IT WORKS

Seller's Agent Company

When we represent you as a seller, we’ll take only a portion of the seller’s agent commission – up to 1.5% – and save up to 1.5%. That’s extra money that you can put towards your closing costs, moving expenses, or use that money towards the purchase of your next home.

Buyer's Agent Company

If we represent you as a buyer, we’ll only collect up to half of the buyer’s agent commission and share the rest with you. For most of our buyer clients, this comes out to $8,000 to $10,000 that you can put towards your closing costs, first few mortgage payments, home improvements, and more!
